Refund Policy

Overview

Shadow Warden AI offers subscription plans for a digital SaaS service. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided:

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
  • Your account has not exceeded 500 filtered requests during the trial period.
  • The refund request is your first for this subscription.

Once the usage threshold is exceeded, the refund guarantee no longer applies, as the Service has been meaningfully consumed.

Renewals

Monthly and annual subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

Annual Plans — Pro-Rata Refunds

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, we may — at our sole discretion — issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months, minus the difference between the annual discount and the equivalent monthly rate. Contact us to request a review.

Add-ons

Add-on purchases (e.g., Secrets Vault, XAI Audit Reports) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the add-on has not been used. Once activated and consumed (e.g., PDF reports generated, vault connectors synced), add-ons are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@shadow-warden-ai.com with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your Lemon Squeezy order number (found in your purchase receipt).
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We aim to process all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window with usage above the threshold.
  • Duplicate purchase claims where both accounts have been used.
